I bought about from one year mcn Box
Despite its high price compared to an other boxes

I am confident in the team because I thought that Box and they get better they get every day and they will advanced to the level of competition

But I was surprised by order production of the new Box
Now, what we do in this???
Is MCN BOX DEAD ???

WE MUST SAY THAT
MCN Box is not famous markets and that such a move, surprise lose customer confidence in the that box team
SO BOX TEAM MUST FOUND SOME EASY SOLUTION for helop customer
LIKE :

1-REPLACE MCN BOX WITH NEW ONE AND PAY SOM MONEY
And to provide this service with THE RESELLER OF MCN BOX

2- learn us ho we can make Amendment old box and the team of box Allowed to open a new program

PLEASE MCN BOX HELP US
REALLY BUYING LIGHT AFTER WE BUYING OLD ON IS TOO AND Very expensive and cumbersome

i was trying to update my MCN Pro box with software of mcn light but it can not update,the software give me eror activation

it's mean MCN Pro (old BOX).now it's different with MCN light(new box),why you don't made universal update and it can be used to MCN pro and MCN Light?

when other boxes have already updated coolsand cpu it makes us look like failures to clients if we can`t service some fons that others are doing. Very Bad for bizness. we asked for coolsand and now its over one year waiting and still nothing. the update should have come like yesterday. make your Old loyal box owners happy and you will get more new customers for your team.

this politicy team mcn for income much money

MCN team not attention for old user the team just think himself

if TEAM profesional launch new update can use for old and newbox not just work for light box
