Problem mcn pro box

Hi pls help iam new to all this , i bought this mcn pro box about 3 months back , but iam trying all possible ways how to work with this.

But still cannot detect any phone with this boxs,

i dont know anything about how to connect and all, pls guide me step by step , i will be very thankfull .... For your support

for android you can use usb mode, check usb and find bootkey install driver
