My big box MCN had a problem, the positive + (red) & negative - (black) cable is not functioning normally, if a position batt connector (+) connected with red cable (+) & black (-) to (-) conn batt it will be short, but if connected red cable to (-) batt conn and black cable to (+) batt conn, its normal. i need a solution...

sir i have same problem too. this selftest result.
Firmware V1.15
Checksum 3386-1EBE
Software V3.52
Box Connected!
Ready working at COM6
Finder Testing ...OK
PWL Testing ...OK
Chip Testing ...OK
Clamps Testing ...
Clamps get error:02
Test Finished!

Just disconnect the main cable , and do self test one more time , and post logs, thanks

Log still looks the same, it makes no difference. The problem still remain sir. i think, hardware inside need to replaced, but i dont know what kind that.

My friend, Please send this box back to reseller for warranty, Once you open the box by urself , you will lost the warranty, thanks !

my warranty has expired, about 3 years ago, so what can i do? i'll just try to repair by myself.
