First i think your Scan result have some problem ,looks like Wrong Pinout , Please check the cable connection. Also try to detect device by RX TX.

And the Driver at this folder: C:\Program Files\Mcnbox Team\Mcnpro Box\Drivers

In fact this need some experience to judgement the CPU types.

For example you can input some code, eg. MTK *#8375# etc;

You also can Using software RTx Scan (Select All) to detect out the CPU info;

Another way Just open the phone to check the CPU type.

You can via Mcnpro box software try to scan the 2nd cpu, other way open phone then can check.

Regards "Restore default file error" , where did you got this error , when power on the phone , showed on LCD screen display ?
