Cannot work thomas pkey support - GSM-Forum

can logon to support but cannot update pkey does that mean my pkey killed ??

update your pkey and refresh then login again.if failed disable your anti virus and try to login. best of luck

Server is offline

pkey acess -> switched off
sx4 pm service-> switched off
support server -> switched off
