Reflash with firmware 3.0 your E62 and try again...

There is no firmware 3 for fido phone. This firmware is the lastest.

Use any new firmware for usa phones or américa and all will be ok

Got it unlocked by Flashing it to 18.06.32 and unlocked by AdvanceBox with JAF BOX.
