@nerowebx

Change USB cable that you use for JAF box.

Use shorter and more thicker cable and connect directly to USB Port of your PC.

Reading PM 308
PM 308 Size : 8192
308 backup not valid.
Process Error ...

The software stops because it will not risk UNLOCKING the phone without making
a proper PM 308 backup.

Thx for reply, i have changed the usb cable but whitout any result the problem is the some, you have another solution?
