Pkey Not updating

Pkey card switched and now dont will be activated
hallo Raskal Thomas and all other.

my pkey was destoryed by Zulea and im would switched it in 23.January, but the Reseller in Hungary/Shaaker dont have in January Pkey cards,

so then i have wait and for 2 weeks, i have send him my destroyed pkey card.

then he send me a new Pkey card, i would activate it but the Reseller Shaaker have say me sorry your old Pkey was a Raskal Pkey.

before im have switched the card, i have send him the Serial from the old Pkey card, and he have say me its not Problem, you can switch the destroyed Card by us.

so i have now a new pkey card but it is dont acvtivate and the old Pkey card is by Shaaker Reseller.

What can im make now?
