Thomas pkey disconnted - GSM-Forum

when i run the bb5 unlock software an error occured saying "Thomas Pkey Disconneted" and then the software dissapperas.how to resolve this issue checked with jaf box connted and thomas pkey inserted.

This error usually appears if your OS is Vista.
