i have sgh-c414y for unlock.no instrution given in softwear exe. for unlocking use rj45 cable or usb.

Hello, there is instruction in software, anyway here is the manual.

1. Use microusb uart cable (RJ45)
2. Phone state : powered off
3. Click "CONNECT" button in the software
4. When you will be prompted to power on the phone, connect phone to the cable and press power on key on the phone in case your cable is without autoignition.
5. Unlock codes will be read
6. Power on phone with not accepted simcard, enter unlock code.

Then everything should work, what error you have got?

Use cable C3303K rj45 test working fine
