Without users help will be hard. So hard is read fullflash with pegasus and upload somewere and give link in this topic ? Version will be supported very fast but to do this need help support by read full flash and upload somewere.

As wgmmmx1 have already mentioned, please read backup from this phone with the Pegasus software and send it to support[at]pegasusbox.com or upload it to some file sharing web site and PM link for it to me.

User can not wait and not have more time for read full flash.

In most cases this error appears due to communication problem.
Ensure that you have reliable Internet connection, antivirus not blocking access and try once again.
The issue suppose to be resolved.

As soon as unlock solution will be found it'll be released.

You got this error message, couse C3303i was not in the list of supported models, anyway now it should work by selecting C3300i too. In the next update C3303i support will be added also.
