@ kobi.larbi,

In order to perform Master Reset for this phone model perform following:
  1. Connect phone via UART cable
  2. Create module for I5800
  3. Run "Factory Reset" operation.

Detailed manual on the connection operation available in the left part of the Pegasus Software after the Module has been created.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

Factory reset via uart cable is also working fine and its first in world. Some phones have no recovery menu and factory reset by cable better than flash it.
