i727 How to unlock? The drop down list is disable :( Please HELP! - GSM-Forum

Hello team Pegasus Box, I been trying this i727 since yesterday, I know the latest kies is installed and the computer detected my i727 already but the Pegasus box software cannot detect my phone

I need your expertise to help me, I will have this phone until tonight. I hope someone from your team can help me in 4hrs, I will be back online
We can use team viewer if needed. thank you pegasus box team

by the way here you can see the i727 is connected and detect via my computer but the Pegasus box cannot detect it

You need to select proper COM port in Pegasus software.

I tried, but like I said the drop down list that you highlighted doesn't come out anything it always just " blank "

Me too having same issue

cannot connect via pegasus box
Hope team can let us see video on how thins T989, i717, i727 to connection via pegasus because is very hard...
I have T989 that im trying for 2 hours now.

Please check in device manager, under "Ports" section are there 2 samsung mobile ports present and are the drivers installed correct?

I have the same issue with skyrocket, I try the pegasus box on 4 differents skyrocket and the drop box is blank, also i try the galaxy note and is working like a charm, please update this soon!!!!

*#7284# select modem for USb
*#9090# select USB
turn on debugging mode
restart the phone and plug into USB
after drivers install u will see the port
