software always stuck at "CHECKING CURRENT VERSION..."
and nothing happens.... I think this happens when the server is down!
but for how long?

Please ensure that you have reliable Internet connection, antivirus/firewall not blocking access and try once again.
Also, pleas sign what phone model exactly did you try to connect.

until today 09/02/12..I still facing same trouble on s5670...
and so far not see any respond or solutions.
I guess maybe this is time to reactivate my other dongles...

Wich problem exact are you facing, could please provide software log?

hihi,
I just successful unlock S5670 using pegasus..
but it was after almost 1 hr waiting...
now I test another set and it seems it was ok.

this is happening everyday and the people behind pegasus know about it... the only thing I ask is to put a sticky post that alerts users when the server is down! because without the server we can't do much with this software.

We will rework connection routines in next update.. In most cases server is up, but errors appear because of connection stability.

Hello, soory to start my first post with a problem, but this is it: when i start the program Pegasus 1.1.19 and update is checked i have the following error "Download Faild!!"
I've tryed diferent computer configuration and windows (vista and 7), but I get the same error. Antivirus and fierwall are both off.
What can it be?

First picture is from start-up to show that its loading manufacture list and second and third where it shows "Downloading" (from 0% to 100%) and after that "Donwload Failed!!!" I dont now what updates it needs and cand complet.

This screens are taken in Windos 7 ultimate 64 biti, but how I sad earlier, it is the same with Vista Bussines 32 biti !

I have activated my fierwall to see where the Pegasus software try to connect and shows "Download failed!!!" and the result is: 6a.2c.84ae.static.theplanet.com on port 80.
I see this is Boot-Loader v2.0 adress wher I have an account active, so I cant undersand the problem. I tried a ping and I have 170ms medium response and no time outs..

Hello, do not worry about "Download failed" error, it does not affects the functionality of pegasus software in no way. It just was autoupdate check, wich was currently disabled.
