It seems to be android 2.3.3 if its so you have 2 ways to unlock the phone:

1. Downgrade to lower as 2.3.3
2. Write unsecure kernel to root the phone.

I prefer first one, couse warrenty is not avoided in this case.

@ c_ahmad79,

As Sanchez already mentioned in his post, it looks like your phone has Android version 2.3.3
In order to unlock I9000 with android version 2.3.3 it need to be downgraded to the lower version (2.3.2 or lower one) or root the handset and after that run unlock procedure once again.
