| 6500S cannot unlock when key code count reach 3 Hi I have report in the other thread before, not all 6500S can be unlocked At first, I think maybe the firmware version, then I have tried to upgrade to the same version that can be unlocked before, still doesn't work. Today I just realised that all the 6500S that I can't unlock no matter which version it is, the key code count has reach 3 ( max ). So, is there a way we can reset the counter ? I believe it should be able to unlock after reset to zero. pls advice. SS |

| I just reset the counter to "zero" by editing the PM in field 120. However, still coming up error the shut down the program.
