had 3110c locked and tried to unlock with cinek 1.02 and now phone is in contact service .

when starts it asks STARTUP PHONE WITHOUT SIM CARD? i click ACCEPT and it says CONTACT SERVICE

Try to write tha backup,if not solved write a good pm.

It is only your fault, you used wrong software...

There is JAF Nokia BB5 Unlocker for old bb5 phones like your 3110c, supported phones list is here :

Phones supported by JAF_Nokia_BB5_&_BB5+_Unlocker

And there is a second unlocker JAF Nokia BB5Plus No TP Unlocker for bb5+ phones, the list of supported phones is here :

Phones supported by JAF_Nokia_BB5_&_BB5+_Unlocker

Also you can see in my second post an advice to save full pm backup (0-400) from phone before unlocking, so you can restore it if something goes wrong during unlock

You can't blame us for your mistake, we cannot force users to read sticky threads

Why you don't add, in the software, a check if the model and/or the firmware you are trying to unlock is supported or not before proceding with the unlock?
It could save a lot of problems..

i tried to write PM that i downloaded from internet .. ( 3110c_RM-237.pm ) still same problem

i tried erasing full flash and re flashing it again .. same problem ..

now imei is : IMEI: 12345610654321?

i tried writing back the certificate i had backed up before it died ( 35*_CRT_backup_193224.rpl ) still same problem

u sure that if i buy a new RPL it would solve problem ?

very good point my friend....like in the old bb5 unlocker when it detects if it's an old bb5 or a new one....why didn't they made same thing to the new softwares??i think it is to sale rpl's......and their programator is not any more zulea and they don't know anymore to implement this option.or maybe i'm totally wrong.who knows?

i did try with nokia bb5king no tp unlock v1.0b before i tried with Cinek .... it said it unlocked it but phone remained unlocked so then i tried with Cinek . My fault for not Backing up the PM , actually i did but i did it wrong when JAF asked me for address i just pressed Enter Twice and it told it backed it up but then i found out it was a Empty File ( 0k ) . Next time ill use JAF Nokia BB5 Unlocker v1.04 . thx for the list

So full PM is 0 - 400 ? i tought it was 0 - 255 .

If you tried with bb5king, for what i know, bb5king make a backup always.. did you check if you have in the bb5king folder the back-up?

Restore the first created backup, then check simlock status, if it's ok (locked) but phone is still in CS try to write good PM (without 308 field) using sx-4 auth

i found 3110full modifiyed.pm on this forum .. wrote it with SX4 auth and gave me error at end .. how come ?
