How to recover an SL3 Phone after Downgraded having 308 and rpl back-ups - GSM-Forum

I've been plaing a bit with a nokia 5310xm SL3 (V58.58) and killed it trying to unlock it. I made, before starting, Backup of PM308 and RPL and downloaded the same exact version of firmware I had in the mobile and put all in a nice file zip.
Tried to downgrade without chances and no way to mix-up version of firmware and my backups of PM308 and RPL without getting out from the contact service.
The only solution working (made it twice just to be sure about lol) is:
a) erase the mobile (used UFS for this)
b) Flash again with the old version of firmware (I did with UFS as well)
c) Wrote the back-up of pm308 (with JAF)
d) Wrote the rpl (with JAF)
mobile recovered

yes if ne buddy test it plz post log.Caus so far as i know the sl3 phones u need pm field 120 backup too to revive the phone.only 308 backup will not work conufsed........after this post.

You can't recovery SLS3 Nokia with old SW, as You wrote.

Is not a procedure you do always.. but in case you make mistakes it works..
You need al pm backup and certificates backup..
on top the original software version you had in the mobile before doing the mess..

And for sure I'm not goint to kill another mobile to make the logs...
I did in that mode and worked.. if happens again i will poste the logs...
