N80 after unlock will be power off after 20 minutes

Hi dear,
I have unlocked two units of locked N80 phones, after unlock, everything is ok, but phone will be power off after each 10-20 minutes.

problem is not hardware or battery.
there's something wrong in bb5unlocker job because i tested it on two different N80 phones.

any idea?

CHECK imei # if it say 1234567..... etc.
means that you need to do RPL or repair imei, I think you can do that on BB5 no TP by pressing repair SL ( but i'm not so sure )
