You can't unlock this phone with Jaf main exe, use Jaf bb5 no tp unlocker :

yeah its bb5 can not be unlocked in jaf application you have to download addone! called bb5king or notp unlocker by jaff supprot

So you should check your cable, i bet you can't see local mode on phone's display
Try to replace the resistor from bsi line with higher value, like 8.2k

first, find a software with a lower version and flash the phone with it.... Remember to choose the ¨downgrade¨ in the flash settings menu..., after flashing the phone, turn it on in ¨normal mode¨. Then turn it off and try to unlock,,,
