Anyone else having problem with logging in with user name password for unlocking BB5+?

Yes I am Been trying asll day to unlock 6500s . Thought I was going mad !

I've turned away about £80 worth of unlocking this afternoon , and looked a pratt in front of my customers . NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE .
