| I was and I am one of the biggest fans of GPG products since the beggining of GSMSP and maybe Christopher remembers me when I was saying good words for the name of the GSMSP when some users where attacking to him and the company without a reason. I agree that you produce the best products of the market but at the question "why you would choose others?" I have some answers/complaints. 1. Sometimes the cost of the products at the resellers is 3 or 4 times the advertised price. I understand that resellers have extra costs to pay but buying a cable 4x of the starting price is insane. 2. The shipping cost at gsmsp.com are pretty high. eg if you buy a GPGHUB Pro which is about 20$ you need another 20$ for shipping. There must be cheaper shipping way because i buy much stuff from china ebay sellers for a lot less shipping cost. 3. GSMSP.com lately is not working most of the time. It is on Maintance or so. 4. Sometimes orders are mixed up or some goods that I receive (mostly gsm parts) are faulty. I know it is impossible that gsmsp to test every part since it has to be installed at the phone but also the buyer (me) cannot test every part the moment I receive it. When I complained for faulty parts I didnt get a refund because I was "too late" hence I find out the faulty parts when I installed them after some weeks. What I want to say there is no good RMA support at gsmsp. |

Hopefully by september we will release full range of "GPG" accessories... Stay tune ). More over we will have within this month more people doing support on GSMSP.In fact this post was to remind everybody our position in market... (Was not about GSMSP but products we manufacture)... As you know many people trying to imitating us and following our every moves... I feel upset to work and others factory just copy. Off course most of GPGProducts are born from a great brainstorming with GSMForumers but on each one of them we try to bring the GPG's Touch! | Thank you for your reply. Don't get me wrong, I am not attacking GSMSP, I try to help with my comments as always did. As a matter of fact I still trust GSMSP and buy GPG products and the next days I should receive my parcel from post office with GSMSP goods. |
