I have the same problem as "Revolution" it is working as a normal USB jig. But i think the problem is the sdcard inside. It worked only once for me.
I made the mistake of flashing with the cable still inside.
Is it posible that the flash did erase the content of the sdcard inside the S-Boot cable?
Can you fellow guys made a copy of your sdcard? or tell how can i know if the sdcard is still good?
Thanks in advance I hope you can help me

S-Boot Repair Clip
Can you please explain this step in repairing the N7100???

***Plug the i9000 download clip and run flashing platform.****

Not so clear for me. guess the procedure is same for i9300 except in this case you disconnect the lcd hence the need to use the external dc power supply.

have had several successes with the i9300 but none with the N7100 cos the procedure is not very clear to me.

hi

maybe its ahardware problem .i tested this cable and its working fine
1- fuly charge your batery
2- insert the micro sd jig in to the phone
3-conect the micro usb to the phone
4-insert batery in to the phone
5- wait until the phone goes to download mode
6-flash the phone

check if the micro sd slot on your phone is damaged . if you have external power suply use it
clean the micro sd slot

@All

All must understand one point is that:

S-boot cable repairs the boot of Dead boot of certain models as mentioned in first post.

After boot repairs, Device goes to the Download Mode, then, you have to use other device like *****, Asangsm or Odian to flash it.

Note:

1. Boot Loops can't fix by the Boot repairing Clip because boot looping means either software problem or emmc ic.

2. IMEI 0000 or 123 or Null can't fix by the boot repair clip becaue boot repair clip only for the boot repairing. After boot repairing you have to join the device with other box to fix the IMEI. If you device has hardware problem and imei null by the hardware reason, you can't fix with boot repair cable.

3. Null base-band can't fix by the boot repairing cable. You need to use "GCPro Key" or same kind of device for this. If the device has hardware problem, you can't fix the base-band.

Hope all clear.
