A product support must be full experienced regarding handling/ operation & troubleshooting
be polite with customers
well equipped with multimedia support (screen shots - video - diagrams etc ..)
punctual (give proper time to section)

to be honest we should Be professional in filed not keen to be A BLUE

u identify all phone shot with dragon

this is not a multi meter..........
i know how to u check this via dragon(shot phone connecting time dragon generated one long beep......this is not good for box.
some times ur box power out put going damaged
