1200 strange problem

1200 donot on with battery but it become in with multimeter when the multimeter pen is connected to both chargnig jack but when i conect it with 1 of charjing jack it donot on

with battery it also becom in some time

help help

just remove the dual resistor

for LOCAL MODE solution....

and your problem will done...
