Nokia 6300 contact service (ANSWERED)

i have been given a nokia 6300 that i don't know its history when i switch it on all i get is contact service. i have read the phone as shown below. does anyone know how to fix this a step by step guide would be very helpful

I think everything is ok in this log, but the set shows CONTACT SERVICE only (Even with SIM or without SIM). Is this any kind of hardware problem or what?

please start self test for better analysis. from experiences, it should be damaged on power chip.
