2300 uem is pasted ic.u cant change . i think its nokia 1100 and nokia 2300 not solve off after 30 sec

but other model u can....

that happen due to following things

1. when imei is ????????????? .

in this case just write RPL

2. when imei is changed

in this case full erase than flash than pm

3. if uem is damaged

change uem ic
