We've done three days ago are now pacth 2330c IMEI gives this error??

... i knew you would reply. Found it strange as i know you care for us users

what kind of log? There is not much to show. Its always the same reply from the server. Tried even another imei from a working phone,tried to skip simlock part, both methods and still same problem. Is there any section where a more detailed log can be obtained? I rarely get problems with mxkey so i did not hunt for any high level log/s.
