Hi,

I have a problem unlocking 2330c, version 8.20. The soft says "error flash config request'. I have flashed, no change. how do I solve this?

i have same error, it is bad comunications with this model
With new version cant unlock any 2330c

If you use 3.2 rev 5.4 everything will work OK.
Unlocked many 2330 using that rev.

I have downloaded this version, but I cannot run it, it says application expired...

Reset All the factory values reset, than unlock it again

if you common with downgrade, downgrade it with version 06.75 then unlock

Note: backup everything posible before unlock

Thank you all, for your help!

I have finally unlocked the phone. The problem was not the phone, but the computer. I have 2 desktops at my shop, and a laptop at home. When I got my new mxkey yesterday, I installed on both desktop comps. On one computer, the application does not open. On the other comp, it opens, but when I try to unlock, I get an error. I took the phone home, and tried it on the laptop, and it unlocked without a hitch. So the problem is with the comp, most likely a corrupted operating system, which I will have to reinstall. meanwhile, I will be using my mxkey on the laptop.

Again, many, many thanks to you all for your support and your suggestions.

bro this is a bug, maybe fiz in next update, for unlock DCT4 use v3.3 rev 1.3

when after the phone 2330 unlock it automatically shut down and reboot and reboot and reboot and reboot and reboot

any soln for this problem?

they return the phone to nokia care and they put back the locks again then the problem is gone but the phone now again is locked
