3110c in contact service pro - GSM-Forum

I found a 3110c in contact service pro and security test faild. i tick load rfbb from server and write but pro still.i write pm without 308 but pro still then i was take backup rpl and reset npc and restore imei and simlock now this time phone is blinking and do not give info in any opration please help me. thanks in advance

full flash and after this write with out npc data rpl file
