3110c contect service

When I start 3110c(rm237) withaut sim it show message "contect service" in whit mxkey show "security stest failed"

Just write good pm with SX4 Authentication.

Here is a simple solution to repair "security test failed":
In MobileEX software
1. Go to Service -> PM
2. Tick "Load RF/BB from server"
3. Click write to write RF/BB setting to phone
4. All done, your problem solved.
