3110c read sp data failed (ANSWERED)

Dear mod's n seniors, can anyone explain me step by step how to erase whole flash.

first backup all rpl
2nd backup pm data
then erase from advance tab ..click get address , untick safe erase and click erase
as erase finishes flash the phone with desired firmware
then restore imei & simlock data from imei & security tab
repair sd from pm tab ,thats all



next time any problem post logs first
