3110c flashing error!!!

Flash via FBus with HWK, HWK can Flash 3110C correctly and as I see only HWK can write Cnt file correctly to these phones.

i tried with hwk as interface... after full flashing mobile again restart!!!

or use this one 8.30.12.34536
Full flash it..

if it is the same
try do fix downgrade

Phone cannot able to downgrade. Where to download latest firmware? phone not coming in local mode!!!

Finally i tried with some versions!!!
Erased the Flash area SAFE ERASE
Then Flashed with 7.21 Hindi MR
Now Mobile is ready!!!
