3110c security test failed (answered) - GSM-Forum

i use search bottom and see all member suggest do sx4 then write pm but i dont know how i do sx4 and where is it, plz any body explain me step by step and tell me where sx4 ,give me any video

just go in pm tab there is a button "super sd author" and"ppm author",its called sx4 author.
for fix security test failed follow this go in pm>super sd authot>lode rf/bb from server>write

post logo here,if still u have problem.

go in pm tab
tick mark on "lode rf/bb from server
click on "ppm author" after successful
click "write button"

ur prob will be solve.

if still same problem
than follo this
go in imei and secquirty
select imei rebuild
click on "recover crt"

ur prob will be solve.

tick mark on lode rfbb from server
click on ppm author
than click write button

ur prob will be solve

in upper side of "super sd author"button.if u dont get this button than u can write pm manually also just lode any 3110c pm and write onli 1 and 309 section,

when come security test failed ______

solution_____
1. super sd auth or pmm auth __than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)
or, 2. sd repair ___ super sd auth or pmm auth ____ than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)

My question ______
when we not success by up system
than what can we do for repair security test failed?

yes! we have this solution______

1. first backup rpl ( go > imei and security tab > imei rebuild > backup rpl)
2. erase old pm ( go > pm tab > erase )
3. Reset npc data ( go> imei and security tab> reset NPC data)( must backup rpl before do this)
4. Erase pm again (go > pm tab > erase )
5.Write rpl from backup ( go > imei and security tab > imei rebuild > restore imei)
6. go pm tab > super sd auth or pmm auth > than write good or modified pm ( must need pm 1 & 309)

7. erase pm again

8. Recover CERT ( go>imei and security tab> imei rebuild > recover cert)
9. give full factory reset

your phone must come back from security test failed
it is 100% tasted by me.
