restore simlock with mark make simlock backup then repair simlock after that init simlock .

1.backuk rpl section only rap
2.full erase with mx key untick safe erase
3.flash with new version
4.restor imei backup
5.init simlock
6.pmm auth and write full pm without pm 308

if security test failed after write pm write rpl without npc by mx key
