just follow this procedure:

First method:

1 - taking full Backup IMEI & Security -> Backup RPL (All Section)
2 - Full Erase
3 - Full Flash
4 - Restore only NPC Backup Part
5 - Repair SIMlock with MXKey
6 - Repair Superdongle with MXKey
7 - Super SD Auth, and finally write Full PM(without Field 308-120)
(If required Recover Cert)

The second method:

1 - taking full Backup IMEI & Security -> Backup RPL (All Section)
2 - Full Erase
3 - Full Flash
4 - Restore only NPC Backup Part
5 - Lock the by phone by IMEI & Security -> Lock To Provider (MCC+MNC value is not important)
6 - Repair SIMlock with MXKey
7 - Repair Superdongle with MXKey
8 - Super SD Auth, and finally write Full PM(without Field 308-120)
(If required Recover Cert)

Third method:

1 - taking full Backup IMEI & Security -> Backup RPL (All Section)
2 - Erase Eeprom Section: Flashing-> Advance-> GetAddress, Disable Safe Erase. Enable Eeprom Part only, Click Erase.
3 - Locke the phone by IMEI & Security -> Lock To Provider (MCC+MNC value is not important)
4 - Repair SIMlock with MXKey
5 - Repair Superdongle with MXKey
6 - Super SD Auth, and finally write Full PM(without Field 308-120)
[B](If required Recover Cert)

5130 hav 4types contact service
1.security test failed(this problem can make by modified pm auth)
2.sl data corrupted(no solutions now wth third party boxes,but it can make by nokia care)
3.imei corrupted(only make by nokia care now,not by third party boxes now)
4.hardware problem(its power related,change avilma ic,may solved)

note.switching on phone directly shows contact service means hardware problem.switching on phone,asking for 'accept without simcard'and if press yes going to contact service means sl data or imei corrupted

u can do nothing for this time sir... coz i think all tools not support for this case

or u can bring it to nokia *******r care maybe they can help u if the phone still have guarantee card

SOLUTION OF SL3 ANY MOBILE CS & SP LOCK

NOTE: ANY SL3 MOBILE U WANT TO UNLOCK, 1st MAKE BACK UP
OF THAT MOBILE RPL AND DON’T MODIFY RPL FILE

STEP:
1). MAKE BACK UP OF UR MOBILE RPL
2). MAKE BACK UP OF OTHER OK (NON CONTACT SERVICE) MOBILES
RPL AND P.M OF THAT MOBILE U WANT TO UNLOCK.
3). THEN OPEN BOTH RPLS IN NOTEPAD, >>>>> DON’T MODIFY UR CONTACT SERVICE RPL; COPY (PRODUCT CODE, PSN, HWID) FROM
CS RPL TO NEW OK RPL. <<<<<<<<
4). THEN WRITE MODIFEID OK RPL TO UR MOBILE
5). UR MOBILE GOES TO IMEI 1234560654321 DON’T WORRY.
6). WRITE OK FULL PM TO UR MOBILE, >>>>>SKIP SOMLOCK DATA<<<< FIRST SUPERSD AUTH MUST BE RECUIRED
7). THEN REWRITE UR OLD MAIN ORIGINAL BACKUP RPL TO UR MOBILE. THEN CHECK AND SCAN UR MOBILE UR PROBLEM WAS SOLVE

never full flash its wrong in sl3 fones pls don't do that yes u can solve it if u have backup of ur phone
