Try this partial solution:

1. Make a full backup of your RPL and PM.
2. Do Reset NPC - the IMEI will become like this "1234567891234?" and

SIMLOCK invalid!
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST failed!
SECURITY_TEST passed!

SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted!

Just ignore it. Put a sim card and power on your phone and sometimes the phone working fine with "1234567891234?" IMEI.

if you use that procedure, contact service will be disepear. but your phone is in watch dog (WD) position. it will be restart after 3 minutes. especially if you play the music...

if you have backup restor sim lock via mx-key, your imei is corecte and werite full pm modified probleme solved

KID as i've said sometimes phone is working fine means working perfectly without any problem BUT the probability is not 100% because in my experience the probability is only 40% that's why i called this a partial solution. And for the rest 60% case what we have to do is restore all the backups and give it back to the owner w/o asking for service charge. Trust me I been doing this for a year.

you don't know now no solution for this............?
