hi ,
2 days bfore i bought mx box and mx key . i installed the driver and software . but it cant detect any phone . whn i connect any phone it says "no responce from phone " please help me .

whn i scan in 3.5 no respoce from phone . but in 3.4 rev 2.0 i can scan but i cant flash , i give that problem . so please help me
