yes me too what the problem many pieces of this mobile same problem so what the solution's

just try to full factory default first with tools supporting it.

ur data is good
about simlock wrong info its just bug in this version with protected models info(will fx in next update)
ur SD state is good 2
try 2 go 2 service,phone tests,various,watch dog test (WD)
if its fine ,may be u have HW problem

let me say the hardware chances too

restart when calling and TURN OFF when calling , these two fault i found in this model

turn off when call can be diogonised by measuring current consumption of the set (mostly the rf PA consumes much)
but restart case is different .....
unstable oscillation may be a chance , we can change clock crystal and vco blindly
before doing that you should clean&dry the pcb very well

any way try these and post

no need to change pa
just replace ear speaker if not work check component near speaker
i solved this problam one month ago

yes, try this solution am tested many times,
u can check ur fone without speaker
if that time phone is ok
change ear speaker.
