as i say this rpl is new "calculated" rpl! NOT backup rpl!

how to solve this?

Almost all the posts are useless.
Truth is there is no any way to get back simlock data in sl3 till yet,i had experiance bofore with 5310,i got rpl also but cannot write always simlock data sendiing ERROR.
if you have 5310 so there is one way but after few moments your cell will be off coz config key will 00000000000
.
Erase whole flash and flash it with v5.81 and if you got contact service to write the pm it will work .

you can't write rpl in 5130 its new security phone with new root hask key
0x9DDB..

we can say 5130 is SL3

5130 has no protected firmware like above v50.xx but it's aslo new security we can't write rpl bcoz nokia not update algo for new sl3 and returned data for old sl2 simlock.

with rpl you can solve npc,cmt Cert. Problem like imei 1234? but can't solve simlock key data ...

wait for update but i heard that there is possible to write full rpl in SL3 phones,by phonix new .dll files and with Tuscon Server

The problem is not in 'old simlock data' returned from Nokia, RPL is correct for SL3, BUT SL3 should be written in different way than in previous SL versions, that's why Nokia forced to use another dll in Phoenix for that.
