This methode will WORK ONLY AFTER RPL WRITE!!!
becouse 99% phones like 7210, 7310 , 5220 . 5130 with Contact Service ALSO HAVE damaged Sim Lock area and Superdongle key. will help only rpl

This solution is confused.When we receved a 5130c contact service that time that phone cant be complited sx4.Coz that time superdongle data is damaged.And if phones superdongal data is ok than it can be repair with writing a good modified pm with sx4 by any nokia tool.

So i think this is not proper solution.
