My Green box is dead (SENT TO RESELLER) - GSM-Forum

My box recognized as NXP LPC13XX IFLASH device, can not make update.
Simply when start program - no card and no hti device. In reader my card work, but i can not flash any phone hti without. I must change my box for warranty or it can be repaired remotely

hi,
in case if this step not working;

Quote:

- do not plug hti to pc
- install 3.5rev1.7
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.

sorry to say, that you have no other option. you must send it back to reseller.

3.5rev1.7 was installed and worked.
Update program can't do his work

Waiting for HTI in boot mode ...
Aborted (timeout on device scan), please make retry !

install first 3.5rev1.6 with all the drivers then test if it works, then install 3.5rev1.7 uncheck drivers installation option.

I have 2 PC, both can work with hti, software installed. It seem something wrong with chip on board. Box sended to reseller...
