try to read LOG again (compare HASHes if is readed correctly)
do not overclock your card
check temp during calculation (cooling is most important)
run calculation again

try to use hashcat....

hashcat no work with ati 6990...

I confused with ighashgpu

Calculate unlock code ok!!! ( in salt 39% )
HTI with old firmware, read wrong hash id codes !!!
Solution: Upgrade HTI Firmware!:):):)
