I would like to know how can we coorect this problemM.when server it down ,I try to connect SX4 but fail all.

its not support at this moment on any box
its sl2 have protected firmware

you can solve your problem only with GENIE UNIVERSAL
Operation not free consume 50 credit

SL2 not support for SX4 really. I can make N70 ,6300 6681 only.

Repair with mxkey sx4 pmm auth write full pm without 120, 308 field,
