the set is in contact service , what is the solution ?

You need to rebuild SIMLOCK and SUPERDONGLE data for this phone.
The data is part of RPL provided by Nokia.

man listen, you Need rpl file but BB5 rpl server still closed must be do wait and when rpl server open then buy rpl and write to phone,your problem solved,
