hi i have a 5230 rm 588 when i do factory reset all it works but after that the user phone code is not gone.its not in 12345 what to do please help.

when i try to read code it says CUSTOM LOADER NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ID !

May be counter is blocked

Write Pm and full factory settings....
This will be done ok for security code reset
