5300 contact service , not connecting with mxkey - GSM-Forum

i have a 5300 which shows contact with battery but when i connect it with MXKEY it does not even connect , but when i connect it with jaf it only shows white screen on the phone while connected and in the jaf box BLUE RX light glows ...
