2.Flash -> advance -> Get address
untick safe erase.
tick eeprom area only
DO "ERASE"

thank you very much for ur time bro. please let me know how to write pm [1] and [309] plz. i'll b grateful to you. i have carried out all the steps u told me. those all were successful. now i don't know how to write pm [1] and [309] plz.

First of a;; you need good working pm, then once you have found 1 . Goto mx-key > service and then pm. once your in the pm tab then click load from file. once the pm has been fully loaded, deselect all other options and leave pm field 1 and 309 ticked then click write pm

bundle of thanx to mxkey team and shak360. everything went well. i learnt a lot. phone is picking up signals but also shows msg "sim card registeration failed"...
