5800 security code RESET how? - GSM-Forum

i try to enter the default code 12345, but the phone shows wrong entry, maybe the customer enter more than 5 times.

so i use mx key to read the phone info, but it won't allowed the software to detect the phone. The security code is blocked.

so i try to flash to v40 firmare
but the phone still ask for security code,

plsease advice

from (service > phone setting > hit the reset all )

and all will be done

manual format will do...but it will erase all data...

nope not working
the mx key software can not detect the phone when the security code is blocked after key in wrong code more than 5 times.

i wait another 5 to 10 minutes, but still not working to read the phone using mxkey, i already test 2 5800 tilll now. but still not reseted.

bro make fbus flash do factory settings, and usercode will be deleted.

do u guys know what's the bsi resistor for this 5800 cable? maybe the cable can not lead to reset the security code .

UFC_v2.......JIG#7 @ 5.1k..

Tested RESET SECURITY CODE@FORMAT all DRIVE..
