5800xm in offline mode,help pls - GSM-Forum

I have 5800xm that is showing offline mode.it does not recognize any sim card inserted into it.please i need urgent help.

Check your phone hardware.Thats a hardware fault.

Bro! just try doing self test using mx-key....hope it will solve ur problem

Have you tried to change mode manually ? Insert correct SIM card, then press Power button shortly, and from profiles list, choose Online.

I tried manually but it did not work.i will do self test with mxkey anp postlog.thanks
